Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
My products are crafted with care and prepared as soon as I receive your order notification. You have 24 hour to cancel your order after it is placed. Beyond this timeframe, your order will proceed to packaging and shipping, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
If your order has been processed and you encounter quality issues, you have 14 days to reach out for a replacement or resolution.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once completed at checkout, these payments cannot be canceled or refunded.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership anytime through your Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Refunds are not provided for ongoing subscription periods.
Damaged or Quality Issues
At BlueSno, I strive for excellence in every product I deliver. If you receive a damaged item or encounter a quality issue, please contact me at info.bluesno@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To ensure a quick resolution, include the following details in your email:

Refund Policy
Product Orders
Due to the personalized nature of my products, refunds are only available for verified quality issues. If your item qualifies, you’ll need to provide photographs demonstrating the issue.

Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations, Tips, and Locked Messages
These payments are non-refundable. If you encounter any issues accessing locked messages after payment, please contact me at info.bluesno@gmail.com, and I’ll assist you.
Membership Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership anytime, and cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
